Is this where he unveils his brilliant legal defense of, "She was asking for it"?

This guy is equivalent to Big Ben in my eyes now, the only time I root for either of them is when they're standing on a roof and the crowd is yelling jump.

I know acquiring him was costly but I'm surprised/disappointed the Sabres have not decided to trade this player or just run him out of town.

Sabres have always been a classy organization with great, respected players. They don't need this bum.

I do get it from the team's perspective to a degree, they want to let the legal process play out, probably something in the CBA regarding this as well.

However, that same standard of rule doesn't apply to me as a fan. When I see two allegations of similar patterned behavior, despite being cleared in one, where there is smoke there is fire.

The Sabres were, then the Pegula's took over. I mean between the Sabres and the Bills, how many players have had issues with domestic abuse, drunk driving, substance abuse, PED's? A ton!

Almost all of these players are still around too. The Bills finally cut 2 of them -- 1 of which came in like 50lbs overweight and obviously couldn't even play, the other one was old and coming in off of a major shoulder injury that is rumored he hasn't fully recovered from. If these 2 were close to performing to their potential they would still be here.

Nothing about the current ownership is "stand-up" or "classy".

This is coming from a die-hard sabres fan, but i don't think this ownership cares about much more than "getting the win" by "any means necessary" -- even if that means employing domestic abusers and addicts to do it. And they still aren't doing a good job getting it done.

The only thing they have done well so far in regards to creating a winning organization (in either Football or Hockey) was managing to lose on purpose for 2 years in a row to try and get the players they wanted.

In local Winnipeg news today, Drew Stafford, Tyler Myers, Joel Armia, Brendan Lemieux, and Jack Roslovic all did not embarrass themselves, their team, or their fans.

No Kaleta does not deserves a PTO. His time has past. He has had too many injuries and his suspension history is a problem. I do not doubt his heart and work ethic. The fact remains about his injuries and can he keep himself from being suspended.

Patrick Kaleta sucks...3 points in 26 AHL games.

What a stud.
